Shipping Policy

Shipping of orders from www.symetree.com is safe, secure, and hassle-free. All our products are fully insured during transit by a trusted insurance partner.

Every jewellery package purchased from us is delivered to your doorstep in durable, tamper-proof packaging. Our courier partner is BVC.

  • Please inspect the package for any damage or tampering before accepting or signing for receipt.

  • We recommend recording an unboxing video for security purposes.

Symetree will not be responsible for orders collected directly from the delivery hub or any location other than the registered delivery address.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from www.symetree.com with your tracking number and a link to track your order.

Delivery typically takes 7 to 10 working days, depending on your location.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping is FREE across India.

  • International shipping charges depend on the destination country.

Delivery to Identified Person

Customers must enter accurate details of the Consignee/Recipient Name (as per valid Government of India ID) along with complete address, nearby landmark, PIN code, and contact number for smooth delivery.

At the time of delivery, the recipient must provide one of the following identity proofs:

  • Passport

  • PAN Card

  • Driver’s License

  • Voter’s ID

We ensure delivery through a courier agent who verifies the recipient’s identity. The agent may record ID details for security purposes. The recipient is expected to cooperate by providing the original ID for verification.

Delivery Location

  • Orders can only be delivered to the recipient’s residential or work address in India.

  • Deliveries cannot be made to public places such as malls, hotels, restaurants, hostels, or streets.

If the recipient is unavailable, the courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If unsuccessful, the shipment will be returned to our facility.

Certain PIN codes may not be serviceable. This will be indicated at checkout while entering the address.
